About Himani
Hi, I'm Himani, a software engineer and recent Master's graduate in Information Systems from Northeastern University, Boston. I have over three years of professional experience in the tech industry, which has sharpened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear terms.
My passion for teaching comes from a genuine belief that every student can succeed with the right guidance and patience. I've always loved math and problem-solving, and I find real satisfaction in that moment when a concept finally clicks for a student.

I'm a software engineer and recent Master's graduate in Information Systems with a strong academic background in mathematics, algebra, geometry, and English. My teaching approach is practical and student-centered I start every lesson by understanding where the student currently is, what they're struggling with, and what their goal is, whether that's passing an exam, improving a grade, or genuinely building confidence in the subject.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of the previous topic, followed by a focused breakdown of the new concept using real-world examples and step-by-step problem solving. For math, algebra, and geometry, I break down formulas and proofs into logical, easy-to-follow steps. For English, I focus on clarity of expression, grammar, and building strong writing and comprehension skills.
What sets me apart is my engineering mindset: I teach the way a problem-solver thinks, making abstract concepts tangible and helping students develop the confidence to tackle challenges independently.
