About Moni

I bring 7 years of experience as an ESL tutor, teaching High School and College students. I have successfully supported 150–200 students in improving their English abilities.

My teaching philosophy is based on consistency and encouragement. I believe small, regular practice leads to strong results. I guide students step by step and help them build confidence over time.

I use simple teaching methods, including conversations, exercises, and real-life examples. This helps students understand and use English in practical situations.

I also customise my lessons to match each student’s level and goals. I ensure that every student feels supported and motivated. One of my proud moments is seeing students who struggled at first become confident and independent learners.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is built around creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to make every lesson engaging and effective by using creative techniques such as storytelling, discussions, real-life scenarios, and role-play activities.

I encourage students to think critically by asking open-ended questions and giving them opportunities to express their ideas. This helps them improve both their language skills and their confidence.

As a mentor, I provide guidance, support, and motivation. I understand that every student learns differently, so I personalise my teaching approach to match their learning style and pace. I create a safe environment where students feel comfortable learning from mistakes.

Accountability is an important part of my teaching. I set clear expectations, track student progress, and provide regular feedback. I encourage students to stay disciplined and take responsibility for their learning.

In addition to ESL, I also teach relevant subjects, helping students improve academically. My goal is to develop confident, capable, and independent learners.
