About Baye
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience helping high school and college students learn English. Teaching is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to support students in building confidence and achieving their goals. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a patient and understanding teacher.
I focus on building strong basics in grammar and vocabulary while also improving communication skills through speaking and writing practice. A major milestone in my journey has been helping students become confident in using English in real-life situations.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills. My teaching style is simple, interactive, and encouraging. I create a comfortable environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. My aim is to make learning English meaningful, enjoyable, and useful for every student.

My ESL teaching methodology combines real-life learning, interactive exercises, and problem-solving to help students communicate confidently. I use case studies and practical examples to show how English is applied in everyday conversations, workplaces, and academic tasks.
Motivation is at the heart of my approach, and I create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively and practice consistently. Problem-solving activities, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario exercises, help students develop fluency, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and clear guidance. Flexibility is a key part of my approach, allowing lessons to adapt to each student’s learning pace, level, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to provide a complete language learning experience.
