About Jarred

I have been a personal trainer and strength coach for 22+ years and have had many different roles in the industry. Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, business owner, educator and yoga teacher. I am currently seeing clients virtually and at Strength Headquarters in Edmonton, AB

I have held my Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach designation from the NSCA (the gold standard for the industry) for 14 years.

I have experienced a long fitness journey myself. Life changing injuries (broken back, tendon ruptures, chronic pain), sports performance, weight loss (lost 91lbs between 2018 and 2021) and the challenges of finding the right tool for the job.

I have spent the majority of the last 10 years in post secondary education, teaching people how to become a personal trainers, now I am back coaching full time and I can't wait to help you become the best version of yourself!

I am a Strength and Conditioning coach who holds a
BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Powerlifting
Coach, Biomechanics Specialist, Registered Yoga
Teacher and Certified Nutrition Coach.

I have created The Pillars program with a combination of athlete autonomy and guided
structure in mind. The foundation of the program is built on 3 Pillars: Mobility, Strength,
and Fitness. The program runs 3 training sessions per week and every workout will
embody some aspect of the 3 pillars. Each pillar is customized based on the needs of the athlete.

Each person will have a complimentary strategy session (virtual or in person) to learn about the athlete and discuss the wants and needs of the individual. The program will start on a mutually agreed upon date, shortly after.

The Pillars Program is built to meet the individual needs of everyone, where they need to be met! The program is adapted week to week by the coach based on the
observations of the athlete, coach and program. There is also a weekly group coaching call to connect with the rest of the Pillars community and support each other!

The end result, a program that will allow you to incorporate regular health and fitness practices by filtering all of the choices down to an easy to follow fitness and nutrition
program!

I also do completely customized one on one coaching, virtually or in person as well. Where everything is adapted to meet the needs of the person, all the way from coaching cues to nutrition guidelines!

The cost of the program varies based on the type of program and assistance the person would like and can range from 20 - 65$ per hour.
