About Juliana
Yoga practitioner more than 10 years ago, I am passionate about what I do because I have lived in my own skin the benefits that practice can contribute to our lives. Just as most people started on the path of yoga in a quest for a better quality of life, but the changes were so profound in me that I decided to leave a career of many years as an executive in multinationals to share this knowledge with the world . Certified teacher at Hatha Vinyasa Yoga in Brazil, according to Yoga Alliance standards. Certified in Acroyoga in Mexico.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid and dynamic practice that integrates body movements to the rhythm of breathing, inviting your mind to calm down and focus on the present moment. A "dance" between body, mind and soul has the effect of moving meditation. The classes have a duration of 1 hour and are 100% adapted to the goals and needs of each student.
