About Emma
I’m a Maths Graduate from University of Nottingham, with a strong academic background. I have a unique perspective on tutoring from my experiences as an elite athlete winning European & World medals, as well as being Neurodivergent. I bring focus, motivation and resilience to my sessions, as well as an understanding that everyone learns differently - I adapt lessons to suit each students style. I have experience breaking down complex topics into clear, simple steps. Most importantly, I am patient, supportive and committed to helping students build confidence as well as skills.

My online tuition sessions are for students working towards GCSE or A-Level Maths or Further Maths, or university undergraduate students studying Maths or a related subject with Mathematical modules. e.g. mechanical engineering
No one size fits all, so we will decide on a structure and style of tutoring that best suits your needs. This could include: identifying the specific areas where you need support, working through practice questions, tackling past exam papers, exploring concepts in-depth or providing additional support alongside your school work. However we choose to work together, we'll focus on the methods that bring you confidence and help you understand the material.
