About Charlotte
I'm Charlotte! I'm a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, registered with the UK Breathwork Association, and a Yoga Alliance-certified Holistic Yoga Teacher specialising in Yin Yoga. A South East London native, I began my personal healing journey after struggling with anxiety and depression for many years, leaving me feeling lost and disconnected from myself and the world around me. I discovered yoga in 2018 and breathwork two years later in 2020 - two practices that became key to finding peace, purpose, and reconnection. Inspired by their profound impact on my own healing, I trained in both modalities to empower and support others on their own journeys of self-discovery and transformation.

My 1:1 Yin Yoga sessions are slow, supportive, and fully personalised to your needs. I guide students through gentle, long-held poses with mindful cues, breath awareness, and a trauma-sensitive approach. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for complete beginners to experienced practitioners. With training in Yin, restorative yoga, and breathwork, I create a calm, nurturing space to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with yourself. My classes are ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, deeper relaxation, or a tailored practice that works around injuries or specific goals. Can be delivered online via Zoom or in person in South East London.
