I'm a certified Yoga teacher (YTT) . I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with you, so if you are motivated to start, just text me and the first hour is of course free. I adapt to your experiences to get the best out of you. Looking forward to our first conversation.

My lessons are based on your wishes, however to have better fitness and to do a Wort of Fitness yoga with me, or a beginner course with all the basics or if you already have a little experience. Otherwise only individual lessons for relaxation and tips. Something for everyone. I’m always happy to take alternating courses or bring in a routine. As you can see I am very flexible and only want the best for your course
