About Jonathan
I'm an experienced tutor having previously tutored chemistry at all levels up to university level. I'm passionate about the subject and believe that anyone can master the subject if they understand the fundamentals.
Originally from Hong Kong, I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Hong Kong where I majored in chemistry with a focus on organic chemistry. I then moved to the UK where I did my PhD degree at the University of Durham. During my 4 years there, my research was focused on the interface between chemistry and biology, looking specifically at small molecules and how they interact with plant hormonal systems.
