About Alex
PhD Candidate in the final year. I have experience being a Teaching Assistant (TA) for multiple physics courses, including labs. Official university tutor. Laboratory technician. If the ad is up - I have time for extra students. I will prepare you for any exam up to the 2nd university year. I am able to help prepare for college board exams. My list of subjects that I can teach starting from high school to University: 1. Pre-Calc 11, 12, any Math 2. Physics - Mechanics to Electricity, Thermodynamics, Optics. Anything from high school to 2nd year University. 3. IB Math/Physics. AP Calculus/Physics any. Chemistry as well. 4. Calc 1-4, Linear Algebra, Series, Differential equations. Anything more complex than that - rates are negotiable, please contact me.

In our lessons, we will try to get to the understanding of the material. In this case, any possible variation of a problem will be easily solved on the exam. I try to identify blank spaces in a student's knowledge and fix them. However, every student has different goals; therefore, my lessons are flexible. We can work on better understanding, expanding knowledge, or straight-up exam preparation.

Deadly! Alex is the most effective tutor I have ever had. Rather than solely focusing on memorization, he emphasizes on student's understanding, which helped me a lot to learn Physics concepts.
Alex also has a great teaching style and effectively utilizes visual aids and verbal lectures to help students to understand difficult concepts. I am more confident in my ability in Physics after his help, he saved my ass from a Physics final.
