About Cruz
My interest in Physics began from a fascination with energy, motion, and the scientific principles that explain the universe. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physics while continuing to explore scientific concepts and technological developments through teaching and study. During the past 6 years, I have helped students improve understanding and confidence through supportive instruction and carefully structured lessons.
I believe Physics becomes easier when students understand concepts deeply instead of memorizing equations mechanically. My teaching style focuses on conceptual clarity, patience, and adaptable explanation suited to different learning styles and confidence levels. I enjoy simplifying difficult scientific ideas through diagrams, practical examples, and step-by-step reasoning methods that make lessons more approachable and engaging. I also encourage students to ask questions freely because discussion often helps strengthen understanding and independent thinking naturally.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about renewable energy systems, astrophysics discoveries, and modern technological innovations connected to Physics research. These interests help me keep lessons updated and connected to practical scientific applications. Teaching Physics is rewarding because I enjoy helping students overcome fear and become more confident in science. Watching learners improve academically while developing stronger analytical ability remains one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.

My Physics lessons focus on helping students understand scientific concepts through logical explanation and structured problem-solving. I teach topics such as mechanics, electricity, magnetism, waves, thermodynamics, and optics using relatable examples and guided discussions. Instead of asking students to memorize formulas without understanding, I help them learn the reasoning behind physical laws and how scientific principles connect naturally. This approach helps learners improve analytical thinking while building confidence steadily through consistent practice and explanation.
Each lesson is personalized according to the student’s confidence level and learning goals. Beginners focus on formulas, units, motion concepts, and basic calculations through patient guidance and visual explanation. Intermediate learners improve conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and scientific analysis through application-based exercises and interactive learning methods. Advanced students focus on derivations, advanced calculations, and examination preparation through deeper conceptual exploration and revision sessions. Regular practice activities help learners improve consistency, confidence, and long-term understanding over time.
I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged instead of intimidated by Physics. Many learners initially struggle with calculations and technical concepts, but confidence develops naturally once topics are simplified and explained clearly. My lessons encourage curiosity, logical reasoning, and independent thinking while supporting gradual academic improvement. Students often become more interested in science as they understand how Physics explains natural phenomena around them. My goal is to help learners approach Physics with confidence and stronger scientific reasoning skills.
