About Gabrielle

My fascination with physics began during childhood, driven by a curiosity about how forces, motion, and energy shape the world. This passion led me to earn a B.Sc in Physics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Physics. Over the past 8 years, I have guided learners of different levels to understand complex concepts in a simplified manner, helping them develop analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence in approaching physics challenges.

I emphasise teaching with patience, clarity, and active engagement. Lessons incorporate visual aids, hands-on examples, and stepwise explanations that make abstract topics tangible. Students are encouraged to ask questions, test hypotheses, and think critically about each concept. My approach ensures learners feel supported while being challenged to grow intellectually.

Beyond teaching, I stay actively involved in scientific reading, experiment analysis, and educational innovations. Observing students transform from hesitation to clarity, develop logical thinking, and confidently solve problems provides immense satisfaction. My aim is to nurture curiosity, analytical reasoning, and a lifelong appreciation for physics, helping learners build both knowledge and confidence to tackle complex ideas independently.

Physics becomes engaging when students understand how abstract principles relate to the world around them. My lessons focus on key topics such as motion, energy, forces, thermodynamics, waves, and electricity, explained with simple language, clear diagrams, and practical examples. I emphasise conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and reasoning skills, encouraging students to visualise principles in everyday contexts. Each session blends theoretical explanation, worked examples, interactive exercises, and guided practice to ensure learners steadily develop both competence and confidence in tackling physics problems.

I structure lessons to suit individual skill levels. Beginners explore foundational laws, basic calculations, and simple experiments to build strong conceptual grounding. Intermediate learners focus on circuit analysis, multi-step calculations, and reasoning techniques, while advanced students tackle derivations, experimental interpretation, and preparation for exams or competitions. Each lesson ensures consistent reinforcement of learning through practice, discussion, and stepwise problem-solving, fostering independence and clarity in thought.

Physics education encourages logical reasoning, curiosity, and analytical thinking, helping students approach challenges methodically. Students gain confidence in explaining concepts, analysing problems, and applying principles to novel situations. My goal is to cultivate a strong foundation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills, empowering learners to engage with physics confidently while enjoying the process of discovering how the universe operates.
