About Eleanor
Hi :) I am a Physiological Sciences MSc student who achieved all A*s in GCSEs and A Levels, and I would like to not only help you improve your grades, but also help you to enjoy learning again. I know how frustrating it can be not to understand a topic or subject, and it really takes its toll on your approach to school, so I hope I can help build up your confidence in the classroom.
I have tutored peers in the past, and have been told that my methods of explaining and teaching have really helped students who were struggling with key concepts. However, I also love working at a higher level too, and helping you get from that A to an A*!

Lessons aimed at GCSE (ages 13-16) or A Level (16-18) students, although I am more than happy to tutor younger children at any level. Sessions can involve going through homework assigned by school teachers, reinforcing topics that students are having trouble with, or anything else that is tailored to each student's needs and preferred style of learning. Lessons can be as long and as often as required; I recommend an hour each week

Eleanor is not only extremely academically gifted but also very knowledgable, calm, patient and focused. Made my GCSE Biology a breeze with a nice grade 9 at the end!
Eleanor really helped me get through my medical science level 3 diploma (similar to biology a level) by explaining things in new ways that made me understand and not just reading it out of a text book. She created different ways of thinking and remembering the facts. A great teacher!
