About Raahi
I'm a physiotherapy graduate and currently pursuing masters in physiotherapy in Bangalore. I'm here to share my knowledge of yoga and stretching exercises in our day to day lives so that we can live healthy and die healthy. I have seen people these days suffering with lot of diseases caused by Lethargic routines and unhealthy diet. Old people who die with a sound health are very rare but the most common cause of death of people nowadays are poor exercise activities and unhealthy diets. So I have decided to bring all of our people to live a healthy life and get a healthy death.
