About Lyvian

I was born in Brazil and have been breathing European air for almost a decade. I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. I am a Yoga Therapist trained in IAYT Yogatherapy, certified and licensed in Hatha Yoga. Specialized in Restorative Yoga, YMA, Children's and Pregnant Yoga, Functional and RPG - Global Postural Reeducation. Specializing in injury rehabilitation, postpartum and musculoskeletal disorders

I started the practice as a form of therapy during a painful grieving process, I had just lost my father. As a complement to ballet, I managed to find myself during the process. At first it was to maintain flexibility, increase my resistance, keep my mind healthy but the challenge of discipline, the challenge of challenging myself daily. You brought magic to my life. I fell in love with the practice, hence my desire to devour all existing knowledge and train myself.

Today I teach classes for children, women and the elderly in a healthy and safe environment, where I can, through individual comfort, convey everything that this practice is capable of providing.

About the lesson

Lessons are suitable for beginners and all levels

Private classes for 1 or 2 people can last 60, 75 or 90 minutes. The beginning class may last a little longer.

Before starting the practice schedule, it is essential that I can assess each student's situation in order to determine the exact need for practice. Together we define the number of classes, practices including the best payment methods.
