About Sara

I have been teaching intro and upper level courses at Clayton State University in Morrow, GA since 2011. I have a Bachelor of Science in Political Science as well as a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Political Science. I’ve spent 15 years working in local and state governments, presidential and state campaigns, and nonprofit civic engagement organizations.

About the lesson

Each lesson is individually designed to help students understand the concepts with an open-ended approach to encourage conversations. Engaging students is the most important aspect of my teaching pedagogy. If you are engaged, you create memories and when you create memories, you learn!

My students typically enjoy:
- A responsive tutor who succeedsWITH you.
- Lesson plans that incorporate your learning style to avoid burnout and frustration.
- Quick turnaround on feedback. Know where you stand in your learning journey!
- YOU set the timeline, intensity, and schedule.

Fees range from $30-60/hour depending upon subject and other variables.
