But if you are simply looking to improve your Portuguese, then just give me a call!!

My technique is very different. I don't use the same lessons for all of my students. I believe that everyone is different and unique, so my lessons are specific to you necessities and need. You can also tell where you want to be better, we can just do one area, like speaking, listening, pronunciation...or we can do all!!

I spend a lot of time with my students, I will not treat you like a number (like many schools) but like my students!!

"IF YOU WANT TO LEARN, I WILL TEACH YOU"

I also offer lots of support, you can send me messages on whatsapp, email or call me during the day if you don’t understand something and I will help you, of course for FREE!!

In my lesson I will give you FREE BOOKS AND MATERIALS!

Over the last decade, I have developed and fine-tuned an extremely effective method of teaching Portuguese, which I call the Direct Method. This method is built on an awareness of the unique way each student learns a language. From this basis, and using the large range of material I have gathered, I create a course that has within it an important balance between Structure and Practical Experience.

Most importantly, I incorporate into my lessons elements of the Portuguesespeaking countries culture which I feel are essential for a proficient grasp of the language and encourage my students to attend a wide variety of free events connected to the culture aspects from Portugal, Brazil and other Portuguese speaking countries around the world.

With my lessons you will be building the language and constantly practicing what you learn, as all the interactions in the lessons will be in Portuguese, even grammar clarifications. You will be taken gently to a total immersion in the language.

My students have had great success after my lessons. I hope you can be one of them in the future!

I design Portuguese SKYPE lessons in which you can decide what you want to learn or you can ask me where I feel you need improvement. I am a native qualified Portuguese teacher with 20 years of experience teaching students of all levels from Beginners to Advanced. Most students' lessons cover general Portuguese Speaking practice and Pronunciation but if you have a specific topic in mind, upcoming travel plans for example, we would tailor the lessons to those needs.

Advantages of choosing one-to-one lessons with me on Skype:

• Individual attention with a native qualified teacher and one student.

• From your home. The comfort to be in your own house and you don’t have to spend time and money to travel.

• Convenience of recording the lessons to watch back later.

• Material provided online.

• More affordable prices. Since the lessons are from home, the prices are more affordable than in languages schools where you are also paying for a building, and supplies.

• Flexible timetables agreed by student and teacher.
