Yoga makes us healthier and helps in drastic weight loss if done religiously. Mudra and pranayam help in developing emotional balance. It's an ocean which I would feel immense pleasure in sharing. Also it inculcated our tradition, culture and heritage.

I am a yoga trainer for the past 10 years. Now added mudras and pranayam. One to one classes in Zoom weekly 2 classes. Not only yoga healthy recipes will be shared for illness. Also mudras work best in calming the minds.
