About Irsa
Hi! My name is Irsa and I am a Pre-IB high school math tutor who enjoys helping students in grades 4–8 feel more confident in their math abilities. I take the time to explain concepts clearly and in a thorough way making sure each student feels comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I come prepared to every session and aim to create a warm, supportive environment where students feel encouraged and understood. My goal is not only to improve math skills, but also to help students feel proud of their progress and more confident in themselves.

- These lessons are for elementary student who feel behind from the level they want to be or learn ahead to get comfortable with new lessons at school
- Learning from someone in the same age group and similar experiences can provide comfort, trust and a friendly bond which will boost efficiency and set a great learning environment that students will look forward too
- A typical lesson plan would include:

3. Teaching a focused math concept
4. Guided practice
