About Alex
I am currently a senior pre-medicine biology major with research experience and many hours of biology and chemistry credits under my belt. I have been helping friends and family with supplemental instruction for over 3 years and have heard nothing but positive feedback in their own classes. I approach each student with their own learning styles in mind while also showing them new ways to approach different topics in their study. I am extremely patient with everyone I work with, as I know that every individual learns at a different pace.

Because of my laid-back, easy-going personality, I strive to create a comfortable learning environment with minimalistic stressors. I prefer to approach each session in a more conversational approach to determine the best route for addressing student needs and teaching styles. More importantly, rather than promoting memorization, I emphasize the comprehension of the subject matter by attempting to explain complex topics in a more understandable and colloquial form. Ultimately, I aim to bring out the best student possible in as enjoyable experience as possible.
