About Abby
I'm Abby, a junior pre-med student at Fordham! I am a Biology major and a Psychology minor. I am hoping to go to medical school or pursue a career in biotechnology in the future! I love biology more than I can express and I am hoping I can share that with you! I have taken AP Biology, AP Psychology, Intro to Biology I & II, Human Physiology, Genetics, Biopsychology, Research Methods, and Psychopathology, just to name a few. I really enjoyed these classes and I am confident that I can help you succeed!

As a student and tutor, I have learned ways to approach different topics from many different angles to help myself and others reach a deeper understanding. I know what it's like! I try different things with each student to figure out what works best for both of us, like active recall strategies, informational videos, and other studying and testing strategies. I have a multifaceted view of biology with the help of my other pre-med classes, so I bring a range of perspectives to the table. I am offering my help up to a college level!
All first sessions are free! During this time I will ask you questions about your course and what you are looking to gain from our sessions to assess how I can help you moving forward.
