About Ogly
With 18 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students succeed in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning clear and effective. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a flexible and patient teacher.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and communicate with confidence. Many of my students have improved their exam results and real-life communication skills. My classes include simple explanations, practical exercises, and interactive activities.
I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a meaningful difference in every student’s journey.

I follow a practical and student-centered ESL teaching approach that focuses on real-world communication and consistent progress. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect lessons with everyday situations, making learning easy to understand and apply.
I motivate students by encouraging them, supporting their efforts, and helping them build confidence over time. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life exercises that improve both communication and thinking skills.
I believe in integrity, so I provide honest and clear feedback that guides students effectively. I also use a flexible teaching style, adjusting lessons based on each student’s learning style, level, and goals.
Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills to support overall language growth.
