About Martin

With 15 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping high school and college students improve their English proficiency, confidence, and practical communication skills. My teaching philosophy centres on personalised learning, tailoring each lesson to the student’s strengths, goals, and learning style.

I combine structured grammar and vocabulary instruction with interactive reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises, using real-life examples to make lessons engaging and applicable.

About the lesson

I use a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to make English learning engaging and meaningful. Creativity is fostered through storytelling, role-plays, and project-based activities that encourage students to explore language freely and express their ideas confidently.

Communication is central to my approach. I design lessons that emphasise speaking, listening, and interactive engagement, helping students gain fluency and confidence in practical contexts.
