About Angela
I am a mum of two; a former primary school deputy head teacher and now a fully qualified child and adult yoga teacher. I firmly believe that every body is a yoga body and I want to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. It’s my belief that it’s never too early or too late to start practising yoga.

I am passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with as many children and adults (of all ages and levels of ability). Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation can support our mental health and well-being. These practices start to build a self-regulation toolkit to help us manage our mental, emotional and physical health and well-being.
