About Sarah
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher with the RTY 500 designation. I love teaching both asana-based vinyasa yoga sequences and calming yin or restorative classes. I work with beginner to advanced yoga practitioners to explore and enhance their yoga practices. I believe everyone can benefit from learning how to modify poses for their own body. I also work with corporate groups and teach yoga for private events.

I offer private and group classes to all ability levels in vinyasa, power, slow flow, yin and restorative styles of yoga. Private lessons and development plans are catered to the individual needs of the student. These are great for those looking to start or enhance their yoga practice. Group classes can be tailored to needs of the group and the type of event. These are great for conferences, corporate groups, birthday parties or bachelorette parties.
