About Linda

Certified 200-hour yoga teacher! I specialized in teaching and learning Vinyasa. I'm also a licensed physical therapy assistant. I have a great knowledge of the body and general injuries or health conditions. Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University. 200-hour yoga teacher training from Yama Yoga Studio in Milwaukee, WI. Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License. I've worked as a yoga teacher for 1.5 years at a group fitness studio - Insypr Studios in Arlington Heights, IL. I have taught yoga online for 4 years.

About the lesson

Yoga practice based off of your goals for mental health, improving flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, or balance. Learn how to create your own classes start to finish and get attuned to your own body. I can help with creating your own practice or I can teach you how to create a vinyasa class and teach to a group. Classes range from 30 minutes to an hour.
