About Sally
Sally Weber is a certified Yoga Therapist and instructor.
BSBA, PYT, E-RYT-500, IYT-1000 I took my first yoga class in 1976, and obtained my yoga teaching certification in 2001, and continued with trainings and certifications in yoga therapy and other numerous specialized forms of yoga. I owned a yoga studio in Mississippi, but evacuated due to Hurricane Katrina.
My credentials and verification can be found in the International Association of Yoga Therapist: (concealed information)
I have published articles in a local magazines and newsletters: "Yoga and Diabetes" and "Evacuating from Katrina, An Extreme Practice in Yoga from the Lens of the Five Koshas." She has taught at a variety of places from a fitness facility, yoga studios, high school, retirement homes and a famous fitness resort. She has taught to all ages and has experience teaching all levels of yoga and meditation: vinyasa, chair yoga, yoga for a healthy back, breathing, and private sessions. She has created specialty classes such as yoga for Fibromyalgia, Yoga for the Brain, Yoga for a Good Night’s sleep, and Yoga for a Healthy Back.
I have also completed Mindfulness Yoga Teacher training with a Zen Buddhist and has been leading mindfulness classes for over four years.

3 90 min sessions are recommended to start. First one an intake assessment to understand your needs and background. TThen a practice is designed to meet your needs followed by a final session to refine. Follow on sessions are scheduled as needed.
