About Mike

I've been practicing sports since I can remember.
My passions are football, basketball, and tennis. That's why I ended up studying a sport and personal training degree in the University of California. Those studies have really help me to understand how to stand out on what is now my job.
Before this pandemic, my work was going all around the globe helping people to reach their goals, now things have changed, we should be more at home (London) and I decided to addapt myself and offer exclusive coaching for people willing to have a personal trainer at home.

About the lesson

I believe in learning through making, no theory, only practice.
But it's true that I constantly support my lessons with charts, timetables, and methods to organize ourselves in such a better way.
As I do coaching at home, you will have the quality of a professional at the comfort of your own house.
Also, I offer constant support through Whatsapp/ phone during the whole process.
