About Nadia

I have been a professional actor for over 25 years, and an acting teacher and coach for over 30 years. I specialize in one-on-one or small-group coachings for auditions or general scene work. I can help you analyze and shape your film, voice, theatre or musical theatre audition pieces.

I have performed as a theatre artist across Canada, and as a film and voice actor in Montreal, where I am based.

As a film actor, I have worked with Julia Roberts, Armie Hammer, Lily Collins, Nathan Lane, Josh Hartnett, Sam Witwer, Aden Young and Peter Coyote, among others.

In addition to being a theatre performer, I've worked as a director for both independent and professional theatre companies in Montreal, as well as running a theatre company for teenagers, Lakeshore Youth Theater, and my own Children's Theater and Musical theatre company, In Your Face entertainment.

I've helped many actors land roles in various productions over the last 10 years, and I would like to help you land your dream role too!

About the lesson

I believe that everything we need to know comes from the text itself. I think that careful reading and analyzation of a text is where we start, but then we need to get it on its feet and play with it so you as the performer can find what you think helps develop the truth in the words and the character.

Deadly! Nadia is a wonderful and joyful teacher! I was always thrilled to have a class with her. Even when I struggled speaking english while acting, she was always supportive and made me feel comfortable every time we spent together! I learned a lot about acting and english at the same time!
I fully recommend her !

Nadia is a fantastic teacher. Not only is she positive in her approach, she is also extremely clear and specific when she gives directions. She will work around your strengths and goes out of her way to make sure you feel strong in your work. She's coached me for an audition which I ended up booking, huge thanks to her help! English being my second langage, it was very helpful to work with Nadia, not only on an acting level, but also on a dialect and speech level. I highly recommend her work!

Nadia is highly motivated, patient and professional. I produce theatre and Nadia has been my director for 5 years. She is extremely skilled at building on our strengths and improving our weaknesses. I have also hired Nadia to sub for me for drama classes I teach. No matter the age, Nadia delivers results in a creative and supportive way. I highly recommend her.
