About the lesson

Welcome to a comfortable and judgment-free environment where you can explore your artistic expression.

As a neurodivergent person in the arts, I understand the importance of guidance that values the personal freedom of students, and how listening to your body can take you where you need to be. By listening to yourself, you will guide me to what you need, and I will guide you to your best performance.

With theory from Brazilian, English, Russian, Italian, and Greek theatre, as well as North American film acting methods, our practice involves physical, vocal, and emotional preparation, character development, line memorization, living in the moment (improvisation), choosing texts, creating work samples, and launching you into your career.

For fellow professional actors, we will work on specific needs such as preparing for auditions, being your scene partner at the auditions, preparing for headshots session, acting opposite you during your headshots to get the right emotions out, learning new theory that might fill in the gaps, and preparing for the roles you book.
