About Aviva
I am a Biology tutor with more than 8 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 540 students from school and university backgrounds. My goal is to help learners understand Biology in a meaningful and engaging way while developing strong scientific foundations.
I believe Biology becomes easier when students understand how biological processes relate to everyday life and scientific discoveries. Through personalised instruction, structured lesson plans, and supportive mentoring, I help students improve grades, strengthen scientific reasoning, and achieve long-term academic success.
Many learners who initially lacked confidence have gone on to achieve excellent examination results and a deeper appreciation for biological sciences through my teaching methods.

My Biology lessons are designed to help students build a strong understanding of biological sciences through visual learning techniques, scientific discussions, structured explanations, diagrams, and practical applications. I teach Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Human Physiology, Zoology, Botany, Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology using an interactive and student-centred approach.
Students develop scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, and conceptual understanding while receiving support with assignments, coursework, laboratory reports, revision planning, and examination preparation. I focus on helping learners understand biological systems and their relationships rather than memorising isolated facts. Lessons are carefully adapted to each student's academic goals and learning style.
Through concept mapping, scientific analysis, practical examples, and continuous feedback, students improve retention, confidence, and academic performance. My lessons encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and long-term understanding of biological concepts.
