About Andrew
Over the past 4 years, I have been fortunate to guide high school and college students through their English learning journey, working with around 150 to 200 learners. I am passionate about helping students overcome challenges in English while developing strong communication skills.
My classes focus on grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking, and listening, delivered in an interactive and easy-to-understand way. I always encourage students to express themselves, ask questions, and engage actively in lessons.
One of my proudest milestones is seeing students who once struggled to participate confidently in conversations and express their ideas clearly. Many of my students have improved academically, gained self-confidence, and developed lifelong English skills.
My teaching style is supportive, patient, and engaging. My goal is to guide students toward success while helping them enjoy the learning process.

I follow a student-centered ESL teaching methodology that combines real-life application with interactive learning. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons relatable, helping students understand how English is used in conversations, workplaces, and academic environments.
Motivation is a core part of my teaching, and I create a supportive environment where students feel confident to speak, participate, and learn from mistakes. Problem-solving exercises, including role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based tasks, help students develop fluency, critical thinking, and communication skills.
I teach with integrity by providing honest feedback and structured guidance. Flexibility is important, as I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure full language mastery.
