About Miriam
I have been teaching violin for 10 years, performing for over 15 years as a professional violinist. I completed a BA in Music at the Thomas Edison State University with awards, performing publicly in Europe, North America. As well, I am the main organizer of the string trio, Quintessence Ensemble, and manage my own music studio, Studio Forte. At this point in time, I have over 50 violin and piano students, some of which have won awards at the Kiwanis Festival, passing Royal Conservatory exams with significant marks. Music is a journey, an exciting one, join me :)

My teaching method is one that focuses on both ear-training and sight-reading, incorporating both in each and every student's musical journey. Even though I am classically trained, and have "music with excellence" in mind, I desire to tailor the general musical genre to the tastes of the student in mind, making the entire musical experience a pleasurable one.
