About Jesse
The brain and the body are truly the most amazing things we will ever try to understand. I hope to inspire all of my students to share in my enthusiasm about research.
I have a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science, a Postgraduate diploma endorsed in Neuroscience (with distinction) and a Masters in Neuroscience, all from the University of Otago in New Zealand. I have worked in a hospital laboratory, I have taught Pathology, worked as a research assistant, clinical trial coordinator, and a cognitive rater for psychiatric assessments. During my time I have tutored many students, and fellow scientists in a range of subjects. I can also provide career advice for those wanting to pursue research.
My lessons are for anyone who has an interest in science, from undergraduate students to early-career researchers hoping to get a head start.
