About Gemma
I have worked with actors and acting students for over 15 years, working at schools including RADA, LAMDA, Identity School of Drama, CityLit and LIPA. I am used to setting up spaces where students feel confident and comfortable, I am happy to go at the pace you set but will always discuss your goals and aspirations and work with you to reach them.

I am an experienced theatre director and acting tutor. My teaching is grounded in Stanislavski and influenced by the methodologies of Katie Mitchell and Mike Alfreds. I trained on the MFA Theatre Directing and on the National Theatre Studio Director's Course. I give lessons of 45-90 minutes. I am happy to coach anyone who would like to find out more about acting, but my teaching is geared most to actors applying for drama schools and conservatoire auditions.
