About Lindsey
Hi! I'm Lindsey, a Registered Nurse, nursing professor, and NCLEX/HESI coach with over 16 years of clinical nursing experience and more than 8 years of experience teaching and mentoring nursing students.
Throughout my career, I have worked with hundreds of nursing students at every stage of their journey—from prerequisite courses to graduation and NCLEX preparation. Medication math and dosage calculations are areas where many students struggle, not because they can't do the math, but because they haven't been taught a clear, consistent process. Helping students overcome that barrier is one of my favorite parts of teaching.
As both a nurse and educator, I understand the challenges nursing students face. I know how stressful dosage calculation exams can be, and I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My goal is not only to help you pass your next exam, but also to help you develop the confidence and critical-thinking skills needed to safely calculate medications in clinical practice. Whether you're preparing for a dosage calculation test, HESI, ATI, or simply need extra support with medication math, I look forward to helping you succeed.

I keep dosage calculations simple and easy to understand.
I teach a step-by-step method that can be applied to almost any medication math problem.
My focus is helping students understand the process, not just memorize formulas.
I create a supportive environment where students can ask questions and build confidence without feeling embarrassed.
