About Shreya
I've always had an interest in teaching, and one time as a trainee TA in a school I had a student who was so convinced he couldn't do maths that he gave up and messed around in class. I took him and a few other students out of class and went over long division (something he could NOT get) in a way he'd never seen it explained before. He got it after 5 minutes and he started doing some practice. By the end of the lesson, he didn't want to stop working because he was enjoying getting answers right for the first time!
I get genuine joy and fulfilment helping students like him, and I've had plenty of "OOOH" moments with students since then when everything just CLICKS.
I'm a firm believer in the fact that if my students don't get something, it's not their fault it's mine! I got four A*s at A-Level and 1st-class honours degree in Maths so I know quite a few good exam and revision hacks!

My lessons all depend on what you're looking for! I can do concrete lesson plans and deliver structured lessons, or go with the flow and work with the stuff you bring to the lesson. I tutor all ages and levels up to 1st-year university. My lessons can be 1-2 hours depending on your needs.
