I am an enthusiastic and dedicated educator teacher of math

My teaching philosophy centers on delivering a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. My experience includes contributing to the development and implementation of syllabuses, assessment policies, and schemes of work that cater to the needs of all students, including those with high abilities and special educational needs.

Professional development is a key aspect of my teaching practice. I actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance my subject knowledge and teaching methods. I am committed to continuous improvement and regularly evaluate my teaching to identify areas for growth and implement strategies to enhance the quality of education provided.

I place a strong emphasis on quality assurance, ensuring that school policies and practices for assessing, recording, and reporting student achievement are effectively implemented. My approach involves setting targets for students and using data to inform teaching and learning, ultimately contributing to raising standards of student attainment.

Effective communication and collaboration are essential components of my role. I establish strong partnerships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to support students' learning and well-being.
