About Madeleine
I qualified as a chef at the Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork, Ireland. I have worked as an engineer in the pharmaceutical/medical business and am looking to help others improve their gut health after seeing the damage that can be caused by medicine. Boost your immunity, and grow friends in your kitchen!

I can guide you through lessons in the making of Kombucha, Sourdough, Kefir (water and milk), sauerkraut, and kimchi. Once a lesson is set up, I can send a SCOBY to get you started and guide you through the process of at home fermentation.
I have easy to follow guides and more information/ recipes if/when you'd like them.
