About Adele
I have been teaching since 2012, both face to face and online. I teach L1-L3 BTEC sports courses in a Further Education College and are very familiar with Edexcel and OCR specifications. I am suitably qualified and hold a PGCE, with QTLS.
In addition I hold industry experience which was acquired through my role as a Gym Instructor in Cardiac Rehabilitation. This position gave me extensive experience in designing and delivering exercise programmes to a range of individuals.

I am a firm believer in active learning strategies where lessons are tailored to the students individual needs, ability, interests and what they want to achieve. The first session will be used for me to establish this information so that an individual learning plan can devised.

Deadly! I enjoyed Adele lessons, she is down to earth and warm. She uses nearpod which makes the lesson fun and engaging. I have learned a lot in the short time I had been with Adele. I wish I had found Adele sooner.

- You are able to recall a range of components of fitness and their definitions - make sure you go over these before the exam.
-You could recall the 4 principles of training (SPOR) and you were able to apply them to the needs of a sprinter.
-Your main area to improve is to learn the methods of training. Remember these are methods people/athletes use to improve fitness components, e.g. plyometric training develops power. Please revisit these.
