About Ольга
Hello! I'm a native Russian speaker and a qualified language teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Since I've learned and taught foreign languages myself, I understand exactly what makes Russian challenging for learners and how to make it clear. I'm patient and well organized, and I adapt every lesson to your level, goals and pace. You'll definitely feel supported and see real progress from the very first lessons.

My teaching method
- Communicative approach: you start speaking from the very first lesson
- Grammar explained simply, step by step, with plenty of examples (cases and verbs of motion included!)
- Real-life materials: dialogues, videos, songs, articles, everyday situations
- Explanations in English when needed, so nothing gets lost
- Regular review and small homework tasks to make progress stick
A typical lesson
- Warm-up chat to practise speaking
- Review of the previous topic
- New material: vocabulary or grammar in context
- Practice: role-plays, exercises, reading or listening
- Wrap-up with feedback and a short homework task
What sets me apart
- I'm a trained language teacher, not just a native speaker. I know how foreigners learn Russian and where they usually get stuck
- Every lesson is built around your goals, interests and pace
- A patient, friendly atmosphere where mistakes are part of learning
Who the lessons are for
- Complete beginners (including learning the Cyrillic alphabet)
- Intermediate learners who want to speak more fluently and confidently
- Adults and teenagers learning for travel, work, relocation or family
- Heritage speakers who understand Russian but want to improve grammar and writing
