About Yelena

My name is Yelena and I have a passion for fitness. I am completely self taught and since noticing changes within myself I realised that I want to help others achieve the same if they are lacking in confidence, motivation, knowledge etc. I enjoy getting the best out of my clients and really pushing you so you yourself can notice your full potential!

About the lesson

I help empower people to become the best version of themselves! I will work with you to achieve your desired goals by tailoring exercise programmes and sharing nutritional advice specifically to what works best for you and your body. I will be there every step of the way with you to guide you whether you are a beginner or advanced but just need a little extra motivation!
