About Hayley Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Hayley,
I am currently a maths teacher and studying for my masters degree.
I earned a bachelors degree in maths from a Russel Group university. Moreover, I received a maths teaching scholarship before starting university, and so have been teaching/ training since I started my degree.
Along with my passion for teaching, I adore statistics and pure mathematics.
I have previously tutored a-level maths via google meet as well as KS3 and KS4 maths before lockdown. My style mostly consists of working though exam papers or exam paper questions to harness a pupils exam techniques (to know where marks come from) so they are exam ready. With KS3 I go over classwork and fill in gaps a pupil may have, usually by presenting an alternate method to what their teacher taught them. I am willing to provide worksheets to solidify or extend learning for pupils.
