About Simran
I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a genuine passion for Physics and Mathematics. I have always enjoyed learning about how these subjects help us understand the world around us.
When you look at the world through the lens of Physics and Mathematics, you can see how beautifully these concepts explain the spectacular world we live in — from the motion of objects and the forces around us to the way machines and structures work.
I enjoy understanding these concepts deeply and, even more so, sharing that understanding with the younger generation. I hope to help students not only learn Physics and Mathematics, but also discover the beauty and curiosity behind these subjects as they begin to understand how they describe the world around them.

My approach to tutoring is personalized, supportive, and focused on helping students genuinely understand the material rather than simply memorizing answers. I first identify the student’s current level, learning style, and areas they find challenging, and then tailor each lesson accordingly.
I use a combination of clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions, and interactive discussion. I encourage students to ask questions and work through problems themselves, while providing guidance and feedback when needed. I also adapt my teaching pace depending on the student, so they can build confidence while making steady progress.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although I can adjust the length depending on the student’s age, goals, and needs.
I am passionate about helping students improve and making lessons engaging and comfortable. My goal is not only to help students achieve better results, but also to develop their confidence and independent learning skills.
My lessons are suitable for students from any age up to 18 or year 12, including students who want help with Mathematics or Physics homework, exam preparation, or strengthening their understanding of particular topics.
