About George
My name is George, I'm a yoga teacher and personal trainer. I love feeling and seeing the benefits of physical exercise, but I value the mental side of health just as much. Whether it's with stand alone meditation or an extra emphasis on training in sync with the breath in yoga I'll always make time for both sides of the coin.

Yoga classes are centred around finding access for your body in each pose, then understanding the different ways you can use yoga to give your body what it needs at the appropriate time.
At this point we can also discuss how we can integrate other health habits whether it be diet or gym related information to give you the best overall health package for you to takeaway.
