About Rachael
My name is Rachael and I have been a teacher for 14 years. I have a passion for working with children who learn in different ways. We are all unique and the way we learn is no different. I currently teach year 6 and I strive to make my lessons as fun and fulfilling as possible. Some people can learn to tell time by just memorising a clock face but some people need to physically create a clock face and through crafting and creating they develop the full understanding of the layout of the clock then they will be able to learn time. It is about finding your way.

I aim to teach through a variety of techniques that the student can access. Everyone can be great it's just about finding the method of learning suitable for each individual. Most lessons will be 1 hour long but this may be negotiated. I have been a primary teacher for 14 years. Age range from 5 - 11 years. I am available to teach within this age range whether it is to secure a specific topic or extra booster sessions ready for transition onto the next stage.
