Specialising in Vinyasa flow Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Post Pregnancy Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Pranyama and meditation.
I started my practise over 20 years ago in Ashtanga yoga I absolutely loved the routine, how my body became stronger, more flexible.
And most importantly how I felt mentally when I literally glided out of the class.
I am a positive, fun loving, kind individual, I like to spread the good feelings and gratitude in my classes.
