About Tullia
I completed my yoga training on a small island near Bali called Nusa Lembongan in 2016. My passion for yoga came about as I experienced first-hand the astonishing benefits it had on my body and mind. I was inspired to pass on the same incredible benefits that had been taught to me by my instructor. I believe dedicating a small part of our day to quieting the mind and exercising the body whilst working with our natural flow of energies is quintessential for a happy, balanced life.

I conduct personalised private lessons that align with my clients goals and possible injuries, for example one of my current clients has expressed an interest in strengthening his core and improving flexibility in his hamstrings, so with that in mind I created a flow sequence to help him achieve these goals. In addition to this I end all of my yoga lessons with a guided meditation to prepare my clients for their day of mindful posture and a clear headspace.
