About Sherri

I am a teacher who has been impacting children for 26 years. I have my Master's Degree in Reading and am National Board Certified in this area. I love motivating reluctant readers and teaching them strategies for reading success! I will do whatever it takes to enrich the lives of students and grow them academically.

About the lesson

My classes are engaging, interactive, and fun! I use data to drive my instruction and differentiate instruction for each of my students. I carefully plan each lesson based on student needs and current educational standards. I develop excellent rapport with my students and have a strong passion for teaching!

Any time I needed help, she always offered extra time with me after school when needed. Honestly, when she moved away, it felt like a true family member moved. Again, she’s always been more than a teacher to me. She loves her students like her own and treats them as such. She shows so much love and compassion towards her students and honestly, she was the teacher that made the biggest impression on me throughout all of my 12 years in school.
