About James
Hi, I graduated Oxford University last year with a first in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Additionally I was awarded both an Exhibition and Postermasters scholarship whilst at Oxford for high academic performance throughout my time at university. I particularly specialised in Economics and Philosophy and would be happy to help in these subjects at any level all the way up to and including university applications.
Prior to university I was at St Paul's School in Barnes where I studied maths, further maths, history and chemistry at A-Level. I achieved A*s in all four A-levels as well as 11A*s at GCSE. I have strong essay writing skills and a particular aptitude for maths so am confident tutoring across all of these subjects.
Additionally I have experience with the SAT for American universities - scoring a 2310 - as well as the TSA for Oxford.
Please do get in touch if there is anything I can help with. Obviously this is a particularly difficult time for those at school, for those looking to keep up with their school curriculum and prepare for the year coming, whether that be at school or university, I believe I can really be of help.

I started lessons with James in September 2019, he has been helping me with my Maths and Chemistry A-Level. James is an excellent tutor! He is very organised, enthusiastic and knowledgable.
